I know that starting your journey into therapy can be an overwhelming experience! I am here to help guide you into this process mindfully by creating a comfortable and collaborative environment for you each step along the way.

I provide individual and couple's therapy. I utilize a trauma-informed approach to therapy where I strive to create a trusting environment. I follow a supportive and integrative model often utilizing approaches such as: EMDR, CBT, and solution-focused therapy. I am also able to offer intensive EMDR therapy sessions.

I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I graduated from Walden University's CACREP accredited program for Clinical Mental Health Counseling in February 2021, obtaining my master's degree. I have over 8 years of work experience in the mental health field ranging from helping children in the foster care system, de-escalating individuals during crisis, and supporting individuals via a private practice setting.
